Field Closing and Game Cancellation Policy

OSC reserves the right to close soccer fields and cancel scheduled games at any time, due to inclement weather, unsafe field conditions, or potential for severe turf damage (wet, soft fields).  OSC will make every attempt to announce a field closing well in advance of game time to save travel.  Field closing announcements will be made on FacebookOne-Call phone and text, and through email distribution lists.

Fields must be cleared and all patrons must seek shelter upon first occurrence of thunder / lightning. Fields remain off limits for 30 minutes following the most recent occurrence of thunder / lightning.

New U.S. Soccer Coaching Initiatives Targeting Improvement in Youth Development Standards

(Takes Effect 2016/2017 Season)

At the beginning of the season we formed a club partnership with the professional soccer team in town, Louisville City FC. The team usually attracts crowds of 6,000+ each game, and the games are an awesome experience, both for young players and families! Well, this coming weekend is Louisville City FC vs St.Louis FC, and it is Oldham Soccer Club night!! It would be fantastic if we could have all of our teams, players and families in attendance (or as close to all as we can ge...t!). Below is a flyer for the event. Here is what I would like you to do if you can attend:

1) Inform your manager (Select) or coach (Recreational) by Tuesday of how many tickets you have purchased, or are going to purchase so he/she can have a headcount
2) Use the code on the flyer to get a discounted rate
3) If you have already bought tickets for this game, or are season ticket holders already, please let me know on the email address below
4) Have your son/daughter wear his/her blue OSC jersey for the game

We also have the opportunity to have ball kids and player escorts at the beginning of the game. The teams with the most participants will get this honor!

Thank you for your support, and lets have as many blue jerseys in the crowd as possible!!
