Coach

Coaches

OCYSA Recreational and Legends soccer teams are coached by volunteer parents that may or may not have soccer coaching experience.  To insure coaching enjoyment and success, OCYSA provides all volunteer coaches in-house coaching training, as well as, coaching education courses through Kentucky Youth Soccer.  In addition, there are always licensed soccer coaches available for guidance and support.  OCYSA continually strives to improve the coaching expertise of all youth coaches.

OCYSA Code of Conduct

To insure a positive, rewarding soccer experience for all involved with OCYSA programs, especially the players, OCYSA requires all players, coaches, referees, and spectators to play, coach, officiate, and enjoy soccer in accordance with the OCYSA Code of Conduct.  Coaches are expected to set a good example at all times and must insure players understand and comply with the Code of Conduct.  Individuals not able to comply with the Code of Conduct will loose their privilege to participate in and enjoy OCYSA programming.   OCYSA Code of Conduct
