The Oldham County Youth Soccer Association (OCYSA) is a non-profit organization established in 1982 to provide and support positive soccer playing opportunities and experiences for the families of Oldham County.

During both fall and spring, OCYSA provides recreational soccer programming for children ages 4 through 18,  intermediate select soccer programs for U-11 and older age groups, and the opportunity for children U-9 and older to train and play in the premier select soccer programs of the Thoroughbreds Soccer Club.  In addition, OCYSA offers the TOP Soccer program for children with mental or physical limitations.

OCYSA is operated by volunteers and funded solely by income generated by player registration fees, concession sales, donations and sponsorships.  The organization receives no local, state, or federal operational funding.  OCYSA is a member of the Kentucky Youth Soccer Association and the United States Youth Soccer Association.

OCYSA is the largest youth soccer organization in the Louisville region.  An average of 1,000 children participate in OCYSA programs during each fall and spring season.  In addition, it is estimated that over 3,000 state and regional players visit the OCYSA game field complex annually to compete against local traveling teams or play in OCYSA hosted state and regional tournaments.

Additionally, the complex is used for tryouts and training by the Olympic Development Program conducted by the Kentucky Youth Soccer Association and is home to Oldham County Middle School sports programs.

It is estimated that over 13,000 players, coaches, their families and friends visit the complex annually.
