OCYSA provides on going in-house coaching training for recreational and Legends coaches, as well as, hosts KYSA Coaching Education Courses for all OCYSA and regional coaches. 
OCYSA continually strives to improve the quality level of coaching all players receive while enjoying OCYSA soccer programs.  OCYSA supports the new KYSA minimum coaching education standards.

OCYSA Code of Conduct

To insure a positive, rewarding soccer experience for all involved with OCYSA programs, especially the players, OCYSA requires all players, coaches, referees, and spectators to play, coach, officiate, and enjoy soccer in accordance with the OCYSA Code of Conduct. 

Coaches are expected to set a good example at all times and must insure players understand and comply with the Code of Conduct.  Individuals not able to comply with the Code of Conduct will loose their privilege to participate in and enjoy OCYSA programming.   OCYSA Code of Conduct
