Text Box: Oldham County Youth Soccer Association (OCYSA) is based in Oldham County, Kentucky, just east of Louisville Metro. OCYSA is directed by a volunteer Executive Board of Directors and many parent volunteers. OCYSA is organized into two subgroups both reporting to the OCYSA Executive Board: OCYSA Recreational and the Thoroughbred Soccer Club. Executive Board meetings are held monthly. The OCYSA Annual General Meeting is held in December.
