Text Box: TOPSoccer is designed to bring the opportunity of learning and playing soccer to any boy or girl, age 8-19, who has a mental or physical disability.  Our goal is to enable young athletes with disabilities to become valued and successful members of the OCYSA youth soccer family.  The program is offered during both the fall and spring seasons depending on player participation numbers and the availability of volunteers.  Registration for the program is conducted as part of the seasonal recreational soccer sign-up process.
